******I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review!******This book deals with various tips to help you live a better, healthier life. It includes tips on food to eat and to avoid, types of diets, exercise regimes, ways to deal with stress, etc. It also talks about the benefits of exercise, sleeping right, maintaining a steady metabolism, and how certain foods affect the body. It was a very informative book, and included a list of 99 tips to better your life. Though it is a short read, it did pack a lot of information inside. This book will certainly help readers to gain a better understanding of their health and how everything connects together. It is written in easy to understand text without a lot of scientific jargon that overwhelms many readers. I do believe that this book could use some editing, because there were missing words and grammatical errors. There was also little use of paragraphs which makes it harder to break down points and group similar items together. I also found that there was some repetitive information, and some of the tips were pretty common sense so it wasnt anything new. There were a couple of studies that were referenced in this book; however, I did not see any list of references at the end or any footnotes that were provided. This is a big copyright issue, and one that I suggest the authors look into.
