Setting up the Televizo player.

Not a bad IPTV player for Android Devices. At the time of writing, the latest version of the player is 1.9.4.0. You can download the apk file with the player, install the player. Let's set up the player for our service. Launch it, the following page opens:

Setting up the player

In which you click "Create Playlist". A window with a warning will open:

Setting up the player

Check the "Don't show again" box and click "Continue". The next settings window opens:

Setting up the player

Click "New M3U playlist". The following settings window opens for entering playlist data:

Setting up the player

Enter the name of the playlist, a link to the playlist (or the address of the playlist), and click "Save" - the checkbox at the top right of the page. Where to get the link to the playlist read here https://telegra.ph/TVTEAM-FAQ-11-06 The link is for the playlist "Televizo/Tivimate".

Setting up the player

After clicking "Save" the player window will open, in which you can already start watching:

Setting up the player

and, if you picked up a Televizo playlist, the program guide (EPG) will be loaded from the playlist, and you can start watching.It will take a few minutes to download the EPG.

Why didn't we finish the instructions a couple of sentences ago? In the playlist "Televizo" EPG is already prescribed in the sheet itself and the player gets it from there, the depth of EPG in this sheet 7/2 (7 days of archive and 2 days of program ahead), this file is not that small and for some devices may not work, because of this pretty big EPG file, device with the player can freeze. Therefore, if you need to, adjust the depth of the EPG yourself. You can read about the depth of the EPG here https://telegra.ph/TVTEAM-FAQ-10-15-9

So, go back to the player settings by clicking on the gear symbol in the upper right corner of the window.

Setting up the player

The player settings window opens:

Setting up the player

In which we need to select the item "Program Guide". For the first time, the player will tell us that there is no program:

and prompts you to add a new one. Press the plus sign in the upper right corner and a window will open:

where you need to enter the name of the program and a link to the EPG.

Click on the link to find out where to get the link to the EPG https://telegra.ph/TVTEAM-FAQ-10-15-9

This is where you can specify a link with the depth of the EPG, for example so http://tv.team/tvteam.xml.3.1, getting 3 days of archive and 1 day of program ahead. The size of such a file will be much smaller and your weak device will not freeze.

Click "Save" - a check mark in the upper right corner of the window. It will start downloading the program in the background, the process is not instantaneous.

 In the meantime, we exit the player settings by clicking on the icons shown in the screenshots:

The player window opens with a list of playlist channels:

Let's open, for example, to the category of channels "Cinemas/Кинозалы":

window opens with a list of channels in this category. Select a channel and start watching

On the right you can choose to watch live or archive, archive broadcasts go from top to bottom

The player has a Premium version, what are the benefits of premium you can read here

 In general, you can watch with the free version, but the author spends his own time to support the player, and the price for premium, where you can install an unlimited number of devices with the player, quite ridiculous - 4-5$, so in my opinion anyone can spend this amount to support a good player.

That you do not have a premium version will be visible in the player menu

Player without premium

In the menu there will be an item "Buy Premium Version", by clicking on it you will go to the purchase of premium through Google Play. There is nothing complicated further, so I will not describe it.

Premium version includes Ads removal and access to all locked features, such as Automatically open video in full-screen, Backup and restore, Parental control and much more.

You can buy Premium version in the app using Google Play Store or Huawei AppGallery.

If for some reason you cannot buy Premium version in Google Play Store (payment does not work or you do not have Google Play Store on your device), you can install Huawei AppGallery on your Android phone, tablet, TV or TV-box (if you have a mouse remote control) and buy Premium version there. Installation instructions here: Huawei AppGallery.

You can also contact me at televizoiptv@gmail.com, I will offer options for purchasing Premium version.

If you need Premium version on a device that does not have Google Play Store and Huawei AppGallery, you can use a Televizo account. Once you have purchased Premium version, you will be able to link Premium to your Televizo account. To do this, log into your Televizo account on the device where you have activated Premium version and it will be automatically linked to your Televizo account.

You can create Televizo account in the app settings -> My account (Get Premium version) -> uncheck "Use Google/Huawei activation". Televizo account is not your Google/Huawei account, you need to create a new account for Televizo with any mail that belongs to you.

Specific player settings for the elderly!

The setting is a bit sluggish.

Let's go to settings:

  • We prescribe a playlist (EPG is not needed, it is written in the playlist).

Then go to advanced settings:

  • Automatically open in full screen - activate;
  • Open the application when the device starts - activate;
  • Reload video stream - disable;
  • Hardware accelerated user interface - disable;
  • Hide playlist link - activate.

Go to groups and channels:

  • Open the last viewed channel at the start of the application - activate;
  • Display group all channels - activate;
  • Everything else is deactivated.

Leave groups and channels.

We go into the clock - turn them off, exit.

We go in the size of the text - choose large.

Everything.

Now, when the device is started, the player and the last viewed channel will be launched to watch the EPG on the channel or turn on the archive by holding the "OK" button for a long time, what is orange - the archive, what is green - now, what is gray - what will happen.

Scroll channels left and right, the down button brings up the channel list, the up button calls up the description of the current program, the back button returns to the list of categories (2 clicks).
