Multitask, flexible and you are not treated like a robot, the culture is youth and Incertives are paid from your break even targerts. Connecting with the debtor understanding their situation and finding solutions to help them gain better credit score. I love this company. Its a very annoying environment to work at.. Unrealistic targets. The manager is so bad and un-experienced , they do as they please. They always set unrealistic targets on bad books just to make it difficult for agents to reach targets. If you make commission they will make everything in their power not to get it They fire people like nobodies bushiness together with their human resources. There is no growth in this company and they ill treat agents. The whole Management is unprofessional and always entertain the gossip around the office. Yes 1 No 4. We were given unreachable target, it was hard to even reach target though it was avarage at times. No pros. When you asked for leave for significant reason they refused while you had leave days. Its depressing working up in the morning as the environment is dead and we do same thing everyday with no fun or motivation.
