Payment
We don't charge you an prepayment, payment is made after the work is completed successfully!
If something goes wrong while processing your order due to your carelessness, for example, if you return an item while the refund process is already underway, you will still be charged a fee!
If something happens to your card—it's been blocked, frozen, lost, and you decide to restore access by opening a new card and closing this one—you'll also be charged a fee!
Payment is accepted exclusively in crypto, in a coin convenient for you.
Working with your order
In the channel displays stores and timeframes, timeframes are shown in business days.
Work on your order begins after I notify you that work has begun.
Timeframes may vary individually depending on the case, I will keep you informed at absolutely all stages of the work.
We ask you to trust us, after you've submitted your order to us for processing, you don't need to do anything, just wait for updates from us!
If refund/replacement is unsuccessful, we'll issue a claim in PayPal (if you paid through PayPal) or a Chargeback.In this case, the timeframe are discussed individually on a case-by-case basis. There's no additional fee for this, we'll do everything free!
We do everything perfectly and easily receive refunds/replacements, but no one is immune from this!
Other points
We are not responsible for anything that happens with your drop, everything is discussed before work begins.
In case of fraud on your part, you will be immediately blacklisted and removed from all thematic forums/chat/channels, there will be rebills and so on.
