Tonstakers Campaign. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Tonstakers Campaign (the "Tonstakers Campaign”). By participating in the Tonstakers Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Tonstakers’ Terms of Service (“ToS”). If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the ToS, the ToS will prevail. 

Tonstakers Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is October 18, 2024 at 12:00 UTC.  
2. The Campaign End Date is November 2 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Tonstakers Campaign, you must comply with the ToS.
2. To participate in the Tonstakers Campaign, you must comply with Ton Space’ Terms of Use.
3. Please note that if you violate the ToS at any time during the Tonstakers Campaign, you may become ineligible to receive any Rewards.

Participation

To participate in the Tonstakers Campaign, you are required to complete the following task:

Stake your first 3 TON: Stake 3 TON and receive 30 points. This task can only be completed once. To receive points for this task, the staked TON must remain until the Campaign End Date. If you stake TON, receive points, and then unstake before the Campaign End Date, the points will be revoked.

You may get extra points by completing the following tasks. The more tasks you complete, the more points you will accumulate:

1. Read the provided material about TON Space and create your own TON Space. Upon completion, you will earn 20 points. This task can only be completed once.
2. Subscribe to Tonstakers Telegram Channel: Get 5 points for subscribing. This task can only be completed once.
3. Follow Tonstakers on X: Get 5 points for following Tonstakers on X. This task can be completed only once.
4. Stake TON: Get 10 points for every additional 2 TON staked. Points will be awarded for each increment of 2 TON. To receive points for this task, the staked TON must remain until the Campaign End Date. If you stake TON, receive points, and then unstake before the Campaign End Date, the points will be revoked.
5. Follow TON Space on X: Get 5 points by following TON Space on X. This task can only be completed once.
6. Follow the TON Space News Telegram Channel: Get 5 points by subscribing to the TON Space Telegram channel. This task can only be completed once.
7. Read Material about Staking: Get 5 points for reading the provided material on staking. This task can only be completed once.
8. Invite friends: For each friend who enters the Tonstakers Campaign, you will receive 5 points, up to a maximum of 5 friends.

Rewards

4.1. The total rewards pool for the Tonstakers Campaign is equivalent to 10,000.00 (ten thousand) USD in tsTON, which will be distributed among the top 255 participants who accumulate the highest points across all tasks. The current leaderboard is available in the TON Stakers Campaign bot.

4.2 For more information on the Rewards structure and eligibility, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian]. The Rewards structure is not fixed and may change at Tonstakers’ discretion.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Rewards. Technical difficulties on TON Stakers’s side may interfere with the Tonstakers Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
