TON Community Manager Contest, Round 2.

Task.

Your task is to develop a social media strategy for one of the following TON-based crypto wallets: @wallet, Tonkeeper, and Tonhub.

Marketing goal: Turn the wallet into the go-to service for storing and transacting Toncoin.

Proposed budget: $300,000 (You can make suggestions on adjustments.)

The marketing strategy must be a presentation in the Google Slideshare format (max. 20 slides) and include the following:

— Goals, tasks, and metrics for social media presence.

— Analyses of competitors and a description of your target demographic.

— The tone of voice and style you’re going to use (how you plan to deliver the material).

— Ideas for future contests, partnerships, and events.

— A communications strategy and calendar.

— How you plan on distributing budget funds for your media strategy, content, contests, and the team.

The jury.

Since the work put in to create a community is more than a science — it’s more of a mix of art and science — we’ve invited community management specialists and elite blockchain experts to participate on the panel of jurors and help us select winners.

Professionals from the TON Foundation, CoinDesk, TONcoin Fund, and other independents will help in the selection process.

Duration.

You can submit your work here up until June 30.

Prizes and awards.

The prize pool for Round 2 is 3,000 Toncoin, 1,000 of which we’ll hand out to each of the top three contestants.

Don’t forget that being active is encouraged. The most engaged contestants could be offered great career opportunities at different TON-based projects.
