THE SA(U)TIV STANDARD.

01. announcements & updates

all project announcements, important updates, and order-related information will be communicated through @sautiv’s personal channel. buyers are strongly encouraged to subscribe beforehand to ensure no updates regarding their order are missed.

02. working hours

sautiv operates daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. regular orders will not be processed or worked on outside these hours. exceptions apply exclusively to orders placed with a priority fee.

03. turnaround time

regular orders have an estimated turnaround time of 1–4 weeks, excluding priority fees. the actual completion time may vary depending on the current queue, project complexity, and overall workload at the time of ordering.

04. design references

buyers are required to provide a minimum of 3 visual references that represent their desired style, composition, mood, or overall direction. references are essential to the design exploration process; concepts described solely as “up to you” will not be accepted. references may be collected from tiktok, instagram, pinterest, or other social media platforms. buyers are encouraged to provide references that clearly communicate the visual direction they have in mind.

05. cancellation & refund policy

once a deposit has been paid, cancellations are non-refundable. by proceeding with payment, the buyer is considered to have acknowledged and agreed to the store’s terms and conditions.

06. priority & express orders

priority and express orders require buyers to remain responsive and readily available throughout the production process. timely responses to messages, confirmations, and revision requests are necessary to ensure the project can be completed within the selected timeframe. delays caused by an unresponsive buyer may affect the promised turnaround time.

07. portfolio rights

all designs completed through @sautiv may be showcased on the official portfolio channel for promotional and archival purposes. by placing an order, buyers acknowledge and agree to this portfolio usage unless otherwise discussed and approved prior to production
