OVERVIEW OF THE PASSING GAME
The Passing Game is a connecting domino game for 2 to 4 players. The goal of the game is to score the needed number of points to win first.
Four-player games can be played as partnerships. If choosing to play with teams, partners sit across from each other and take turns placing tiles on the train.
SETUP
The dominoes are shuffled, and each player will draw their hand. In a 2 or 3-player game, each player draws a hand of 7 tiles each. In a 4-player game, each player draws 6 tiles.
The remaining tiles form the boneyard, but the last two tiles cannot be drawn from it.
GAMEPLAY
The leading player should be chosen randomly. Then in clockwise order, each player will take turns placing tiles to either end of the train. The tile played to the end of the train must match on the side connected with the end of the train.
On a player’s turn, they have 3 options. They may add a tile to either end of the train. They may draw from the boneyard if more than two tiles remain. A player may also choose to just pass their turn.
Doubles are played centered but do not branch the train.
The game continues until a player plays their last domino or until no player can play a domino to the train. 토토사이트
SCORING
After the round ends each player counts the number of pips remaining in their hand. If a player has no dominoes in hand, then their pip value is 0.
The player with the lowest pip value is the winner of the round and scores the sum of all other players’ pip values minus their own. If there is a tie, then no player scores for the round.
The game continues until a player reaches the targeted score. for a 2 or 3-player game, the target score is 101 points. If playing a 4-player game the target score is 61 points.
END OF ROUND
When a player reaches the targeted score the game ends. This player is the winner.
