Before entering the castle, make sure you know what awaits within.

I. THE FIRST DOOR — CHANNEL
All candidates are required to join @NIGHTMARERENT before proceeding with the recruitment. The channel will serve as the main source for recruitment information, announcements, and further updates.
II. THE ACCOUNTS WITHIN THE CASTLE
This recruitment is open exclusively to primary BA (Business Account), CA (Cyber Account), and PA (Personal Account).
RP (Roleplay) accounts are not eligible to participate in this recruitment.
III. A TRACE OF EXPERIENCE
Applicants are expected to have a basic understanding of the rental world.
Newcomers must also possess at least three testimonials or honest reviews as a talent, giving the agency an insight into their previous experience and reliability.
IV. THE AGE OF ENTRY
All applicants must be 18 years old or above to take part in the recruitment.
For talents who are available for NSFW services or content, the minimum age requirement is 20 years old. Candidates are expected to provide accurate information regarding their age.
V. THE TRIAL BEYOND THE GATES
Every applicant must complete the recruitment interview form as part of the selection process.
A minimum of five honest reviews/testimonials as a talent is also required. These reviews may be used to evaluate the candidate's experience, service quality, and ability to maintain good relations with customers.
VI. THE CODE OF THE HOUSE
Those who enter the castle are expected to carry themselves with professionalism.
Candidates should be able to:
- Take responsibility for their duties and commitments.
- Manage their time and schedules properly.
- Communicate politely and respectfully.
- Work comfortably alongside other members.
- Maintain good communication with customers and the agency.
- Respond to responsibilities with consistency and maturity.
Every name that enters the castle carries a reputation of its own. Guard it well.
VII. GIFTS FROM THE OTHER SIDE
Certain abilities may give candidates an additional advantage during consideration. Only one is required; possessing all of them is not necessary.
a. Comfortable with real-life interactions such as voice notes or phone calls.
b. Able to sing or play a musical instrument.
c. Capable of providing SFW and NSFW imagery, where applicable.
d. Comfortable holding conversations in English.
e. Willing to accept character-based or in-character (IC) requests.

II. AKUN YANG DIPERBOLEHKAN
Recruitment ini hanya dibuka untuk akun utama dengan kategori BA (Business Account), CA (Cyber Account), dan PA (Personal Account).

III. JEJAK PENGALAMAN
Kandidat diharapkan memiliki pemahaman dasar mengenai dunia rental.
Bagi newcomer, diwajibkan memiliki setidaknya tiga testimonial atau honest review sebagai talent sebagai gambaran mengenai pengalaman serta kredibilitas kandidat sebelumnya.
IV. USIA UNTUK MEMASUKI GERBANG
Seluruh kandidat yang mengikuti recruitment wajib berusia 18 tahun atau lebih.
Untuk talent yang bersedia menerima layanan atau konten NSFW, usia minimum yang ditetapkan adalah 20 tahun. Kandidat wajib memberikan informasi usia yang sesuai dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.
V. UJIAN DI BALIK GERBANG
Setiap kandidat wajib menyelesaikan form interview recruitment sebagai bagian dari proses seleksi.
Selain itu, kandidat diwajibkan memiliki setidaknya lima honest review/testimonial sebagai talent. Review tersebut dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk melihat pengalaman, kualitas pelayanan, serta kemampuan kandidat dalam menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer.
VI. ATURAN DI DALAM RUMAH
Setiap kandidat yang ingin menjadi bagian dari agency diharapkan mampu menjaga sikap profesional.
Kandidat diharapkan memiliki:
- Rasa tanggung jawab terhadap tugas dan komitmen.
- Kemampuan mengatur waktu dan jadwal dengan baik.
- Sikap serta komunikasi yang sopan.
- Kemampuan bekerja sama dengan anggota lainnya.
- Komunikasi yang baik dengan customer maupun pihak agency.
- Konsistensi serta kedewasaan dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab.
Setiap nama yang melewati gerbang membawa reputasinya sendiri. Jagalah dengan baik.
VII. KEAHLIAN DARI DUNIA LAIN
Beberapa kemampuan berikut dapat menjadi nilai tambah dalam proses seleksi. Tidak perlu memiliki semuanya; setidaknya satu kemampuan sudah cukup.
a. Nyaman melakukan real-life interaction seperti voice note atau phone call.
b. Mampu bernyanyi atau memainkan alat musik.
c. Mampu menyediakan imagery SFW maupun NSFW, sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
d. Mampu melakukan percakapan menggunakan bahasa Inggris dengan baik.
e. Bersedia menerima request character-based maupun in-character (IC).
