OVERVIEW OF THE GRIMWOOD
The Grimwood is the perfect game for those interested in the supernatural. Collect supernatural beings to acquire more points and win the game! Combinations are key, so pay close attention to what cards are in your hand.
This chaotic card game requires players to search The Grimwood in hopes of growing your collection. With each additional cards, the combinations grow, as do the points.
SETUP
Set up is simple and quick! To setup The Grimwood, shuffle the cards, deal three cards to each player, facing down, and place the 사설토토사이트 of the deck in the center of the group. The game is ready to begin.
GAMEPLAY
To begin their turn, a player may play a Supernatural card or a Rune card. Supernatural cards may be played to begin a supernatural combination. Supernatural’s effects are only valid at the time it is played. A Rune card may be played, and then it is placed in the discard pile. The action on the Rune card must be followed.
Players may also place combinations throughout the course of their turn, as these do not count as actions. There are three different types of combinations, Supernatural combinations, Animal combinations, and Setting combinations. These all vary on the point scale based on how many cards you have in each combination.
Supernatural combinations may be placed one card at a time. Animal and Setting combinations require you to have the whole combination in hand and play it at one time. Only one of the Supernatural card’s effects can be played if numerous Supernatural cards have been played into a combination.
Finally, a player will close their turn by drawing a card or stealing a card. A player has the option to draw a card from the deck or to attempt to steal a card from another player’s hand. Stealing may be blocked by an amulet card, so be careful which you choose.
Card powers are written on their cards, and they must be followed when the cards are played. When the last card is drawn, the game comes to an end. The player with the most points becomes the winner!
END OF GAME
The game comes to an end when the last card has been drawn. Each player finishes one more turn and each player adds up their points. The player with the most points wins!
