01. LEAVE YOUR MARK
Your journey begins with a visit to @NIGHTMARERENT.
Send the required registration information and make sure every detail is filled in correctly. This information will be used by the administration as the first reference in getting to know each applicant.
Every stranger begins as a name written in the book.
02. BEHIND THE CURTAIN
After your registration has been checked, selected applicants will be given the interview form.
Take your time with each answer. This is where you can introduce yourself beyond basic information — your personality, experience, way of communicating, and what kind of presence you could bring to NIGHTMARERENT.
The curtain rises. Let them see who stands behind it.
03. THE WRITTEN TRACE
Once the interview is complete, return your answers through @NIGHTMARERENT.
Your submission will then be reviewed by the administration together with the other information provided during recruitment. Your responses, testimonials, and overall presentation will help the team understand whether you would be a suitable addition to the agency.
Words leave footprints. Choose yours carefully.
04. UNDER THE SAME ROOF
Applicants who make it through the previous steps will receive an invitation to enter the recruitment group.
This is where the atmosphere becomes less formal. Candidates will meet one another, interact with the administration, and experience how the agency operates as a community.
The team will pay attention to how each person communicates, responds, cooperates, and carries themselves around others.
When the doors close, there is nowhere for a false impression to hide.
05. WHEN THE BELL RINGS
After every stage has been completed, the administration will make its final assessment
The names of those chosen to continue their journey with NIGHTMARERENT will be revealed through the Official Talent Announcement.
Selection will not depend on a single answer or one particular moment. The administration will consider the candidate's performance as a whole — from the first submission to the final interaction.
The bell rings once. The chosen names are called.

01. TINGGALKAN JEJAKMU
Perjalanan dimulai dengan mengunjungi @NIGHTMARERENT.
Kirimkan data pendaftaran yang diminta dan pastikan seluruh informasi telah diisi dengan benar. Data tersebut akan menjadi bahan awal bagi pihak administrasi untuk mengenal setiap kandidat yang datang.
Setiap orang asing selalu dimulai dari sebuah nama di dalam buku.
02. DI BALIK TIRAI
Setelah data pendaftaran selesai diperiksa, kandidat yang melanjutkan ke tahap berikutnya akan mendapatkan form interview.
Jawablah setiap pertanyaan dengan sebaik mungkin. Di sinilah kandidat dapat menunjukkan lebih dari sekadar data diri — mulai dari kepribadian, pengalaman, cara berkomunikasi, hingga hal yang dapat dibawa ke dalam NIGHTMARERENT.
Tirai telah terbuka. Biarkan mereka mengenal sosok di baliknya.
03. BEKAS YANG TERTINGGAL
Setelah interview selesai, kirimkan kembali jawaban melalui @NIGHTMARERENT.
Jawaban tersebut kemudian akan diperiksa oleh pihak administrasi bersama informasi lain yang telah diberikan selama recruitment. Respons, testimonial, serta cara kandidat memperkenalkan dirinya akan menjadi bagian dari bahan pertimbangan.
Setiap kata meninggalkan jejak. Pilihlah kata-katamu dengan baik.
04. DI BAWAH SATU ATAP
Kandidat yang berhasil melewati tahapan sebelumnya akan mendapatkan undangan untuk memasuki grup recruitment.
Pada tahap ini, suasana akan menjadi lebih interaktif. Kandidat akan berkesempatan mengenal peserta lainnya, berkomunikasi dengan administrasi, dan merasakan bagaimana interaksi di dalam lingkungan agency berlangsung.
Pihak administrasi akan memperhatikan cara kandidat berkomunikasi, merespons, bekerja sama, serta membawa dirinya ketika berhadapan dengan orang lain.
Saat pintu telah tertutup, kesan yang dibuat akan berbicara dengan sendirinya.
05. SAAT LONCENG BERBUNYI
Setelah seluruh rangkaian selesai, pihak administrasi akan melakukan penilaian akhir.
Nama-nama kandidat yang terpilih untuk melanjutkan perjalanan bersama @NIGHTMARERENT akan disampaikan melalui Official Talent Announcement.
Penentuan tidak hanya didasarkan pada satu jawaban atau satu tahap. Seluruh perjalanan kandidat akan menjadi pertimbangan, mulai dari pendaftaran pertama hingga interaksi terakhir.
Lonceng hanya berbunyi sekali. Nama-nama terpilih akan dipanggil.
