A New Day Has Come (song)

"A New Day Has Come" is a song by Canadian recording artist Celine Dion for her seventh English-language album of the same name (2002). The song was written by Aldo Nova and Stephan Moccio and produced by Walter Afanasieff and Nova. It was released as the album's lead single on 11 March 2002 by Columbia Records and Epic Records. "A New Day Has Come" is a piano-driven ballad in 68 time. However, the midtempo radio version, co-produced and remixed by Christian B & Marc Dold of (S.A.F. - Swiss American Federation) along with Ric Wake, converted the song into 44 time, added guitars and other electronic elements and was released as the lead single. Both versions are included on the album. Dion revealed that the song represents the birth of her child René-Charles Angélil. It received positive reviews from music critics, who complimented Dion's vocals and its uplifting lyrics. The music video was directed by Dave Meyers and premiered in March 2002. The song was a success around the world, reaching top ten on the Canadian Singles Chart, UK Singles Chart and many European charts; while reaching number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topping for 21 weeks the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart. The song was later included on compilations My Love: Essential Collection, Complete Best, Ultimate Box in 2008 as well as The Best So Far... 2018 Tour Edition in 2018.

Greatest Hits... So Far!!! (Pink album)

Greatest Hits... So Far!!! is the first greatest hits album by American singer-songwriter Pink. It was released on November 12, 2010, by Jive Records, in celebration of Pink's first decade on the music scene. The album features Pink's biggest hits from all her studio albums. Its track list differs depending on region, with four new tracks, only two of which are included in the North American edition. The hit singles "Raise Your Glass" and "Fuckin' Perfect" peaked at number one and number two on the Hot 100 chart, respectively. In addition, "Heartbreak Down" achieved airplay success in some countries. This was the last material that Pink released under LaFace Records and is also her only album released under Jive Records before both labels were folded into RCA Records in late 2011. The compilation debuted at number 14 on the US Billboard 200 chart and advanced to number five during the holiday season due to the success of its singles, which raised Pink's total number of top-ten hits to eleven, and that of her number-one singles to three. The compilation's artwork was highly praised and its deluxe edition won the O Music Award for Best iTunes LP.
