〄 THE RULES OF THE UNDERGROUND.

〄 01. STAY CONNECTED.

Every future Backstage Crew member must join @GNARLYRENT official channel to catch the latest recruitment updates. Don't miss the signal when the streets start calling.

〄 02. NO SECOND IDENTITIES.

Applicants must use their main account. Backup accounts aren't accepted. We welcome CA, BA, and PA accounts, but RP accounts are strictly excluded.

〄 03. KNOW YOUR STREET DUTIES.

You've gotta know how to handle the basics: managing the Order Bot, keeping groups and channels active, forwarding menfess that match our Talent's criteria, and boosting Talent SPM to support their performance.

〄 04. BRING YOUR OWN SKILLS.

Every applicant must be capable of handling at least one division. Got the skills to handle more? That's extra street credit.

Backstage Crew members may handle a maximum of two agencies, including GNARLY RENT. Applicants who aren't affiliated with any other agency will receive extra consideration.

〄 06. ONE CREW, ONE FREQUENCY.

Stay active, communicate, and blend in with both The Troublemakers (Talent) and your fellow Backstage Crew (Caretakers). We're building an underground family, not a room full of strangers.

〄 07. AGE & AVAILABILITY MATTER.

Applicants must be at least 17 years old and shouldn't be dealing with an especially demanding schedule, such as their final year of school.

〄 08. PROVE YOU BELONG.

Every applicant must be willing to go through an interview and several days of training. Show us your dedication before claiming your spot behind the scenes.
