My features for implementation:

1. I was talking via Voice call in Telegram, suddenly battery died. When I turned it on, Telegram asked my phone number to start chatting. It happens not every time, when my phone run out of charge.

2. Phone is connected via ADB --> make call --> see logs of Telegram
Information, that we can see:

[UDP_RELAY]/[UDP_RELAY_IN_USE] — Telegram servers, through which passes all traffic and [UDP_P2P_INET] — IP address of caller (!)

My IP address is given to caller without clear opportunity of hiding such info. In an messenger, which positioning itself as most secure on planet there should be setting of P2P, which indicates that his/her IP address can be identified.
