▪️The thermal power plant was virtually destroyed by a massive strike last week, leaving four districts without heat, Mayor Terekhov reported.
▪️Heating outages were recorded in Novobavarsky, Kholodnohirsky, and parts of the Shevchenkivsky and Kyivsky districts.
"We had to drain the coolant from 853 multi-story buildings. People were left without heat. Today, we are working on restoration almost around the clock," he added.
