TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SpinNova JetRush ("the App"), published under the package name com.spinnova.jetrush. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable app store rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND IN-APP ITEMS
3.1 The App includes virtual coins and bonus items such as drills, magnets, hammers, and rewinds. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.
3.2 Virtual items may be earned through gameplay, daily bonuses, the Wheel of Luck, optional rewarded advertisements, or other in-app mechanics.
3.3 All purchases, awards, and balances are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by device failure, app deletion, operating system reset, or use of the reset progress feature.
4. GAMEPLAY AND FEATURES
The App includes puzzle levels, bonus tools, a daily bonus, a wheel feature, leaderboards, settings, and optional advertisements. We may modify, suspend, or remove features at any time without liability.
5. ADVERTISEMENTS
The App may show third-party advertisements, including rewarded videos that optionally grant in-game rewards. Advertisements are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party ad content.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use the App for unlawful purposes;
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the App except where permitted by law;
- interfere with servers, networks, or security features;
- use cheats, automation, or unauthorized modifications;
- misuse virtual currency or reward systems.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its code, artwork, audio, trademarks, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the App.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App may integrate third-party services for analytics, advertising, and platform functionality. Your use of those services may be governed by separate third-party terms and privacy policies.
9. DISCLAIMER
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
11. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. CHANGES TO THE APP OR TERMS
We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction determined by the publisher of the App, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
