By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions.

๐Ÿ” BAN / UNBAN SERVICES

โณ Order Delivery Time (TAT)

TAT (Turnaround Time) refers to the time taken for a process from start to completion.

Processing time for a ban/unban is an average estimate and may vary depending on:

๐Ÿ›ก Account strength

๐Ÿข Internal procedures of social media platforms

๐Ÿ“… Holidays and non-working days

Some accounts may be processed within 2 hours, while others may take over a month.

For extended tasks, the time limit is set at twice the TAT.

If an account is not completed or rejected within the applicable time limit, payment will be refunded immediately.

๐Ÿ”’ Permanency of Bans

Most bans are permanent.

This depends on the ban type, platform, and the userโ€™s own actions.

Our responsibility ends once the ban is applied.

We are not responsible for future reinstatements.

๐Ÿ”„ Unban Services

Our responsibility ends once your account is reactivated.

If the account is banned again for any reason, no further guarantees apply.

We accept unban requests from any customer, except:

If we originally placed the ban on an account, we will not accept an unban order for that account from a different customer.

Such requests will be immediately rejected without explanation.

๐Ÿ›ก Privacy and Security

We value our customersโ€™ privacy and security.

Your information will never be shared with third parties.

Do not ask if your account was banned by us or who placed an order โ€” we will not answer such questions.

โŒ Right to Reject Orders

We reserve the right to reject any order without providing a reason.

Rude behavior, spam, and excessive inquiries are not tolerated.

Our system provides regular updates โ€” please wait for the TAT.

If a process is rejected, completed, or delayed, we will notify you.

Be patient and allow us to complete our work.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Bulk Orders

Each order in a bulk request is processed individually and remains independent.

Completed and incomplete tasks are billed separately.

๐Ÿ’ณ Payment & Deposit

We accept reputable Middleman (MM) or ESCROW services (commission paid by the buyer).

Except for long-term or exceptional clients, we do not start work without a deposit.

Payment must be held by us or a trusted escrow service.

If the task is unsuccessful, we guarantee a 100% refund with no deductions.
