TERMS OF SERVICE
ExportM1. Policy Agreement
By placing an order with ExportM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service outlined below.
2. Right of Refusal
ExportM reserves the right to accept or decline any commission request at our sole discretion. In certain instances, we may not be able to provide a detailed explanation for our decision.
3. Payment Terms & Methods
3a. Production commences only upon receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total agreed project price.
3b. The remaining 50% balance must be settled upon approval of the final preview and prior to the delivery of full-resolution/final files.
3c. Payments are processed via QRIS, accommodating most major mobile banking applications and e-wallets. ExportM does not apply additional administrative transaction fees.
4. Timelines & Schedule Adjustments
Estimated delivery timelines are subject to adjustments due to major revisions, delayed client feedback or approvals, scope additions, or circumstances beyond our control. ExportM will promptly communicate any schedule updates.
5. Revision Policy
5a. Each project includes up to three (3) free minor revisions.
5b. Minor adjustments refer to minor visual refinements that retain the primary concept, including:
• Color palette tweaks
• Font adjustments
• Typographical corrections
• Minor element repositioning
5c. Any revision request modifying approximately 50% or more of the initial approved design concept is categorized as a Major Revision, incurring an additional fee of 25% of the total project price.
Example: Project Price: IDR 40,000 → Major Revision Fee (25%): IDR 10,000
5d. Requests for an entirely new concept or complete redesign after production has commenced will incur an additional fee of 50% of the total project price.
Example: Project Price: IDR 40,000 → Redesign Fee (50%): IDR 20,000
6. Client Responsibilities
To maintain an efficient workflow and ensure optimal results, clients are expected to:
Provide a comprehensive and clear project brief along with visual references.
Verify all submitted copy, details, and assets prior to production.
Provide feedback and approvals in a timely manner.
Note: Delays in communication or missing details will directly impact the final delivery timeline.
7. Order Cancellation & Refunds
7a. Orders may be canceled at any time before deposit payment without penalty.
7b. Once the deposit is paid and work has commenced, deposits are strictly non-refundable as they cover allocated time, resources, and initial production work.
8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
8a. Usage rights are granted strictly according to the agreed project scope (Personal or Commercial Use).
8b. ExportM assumes no liability for unauthorized usage, modifications, distribution, or misuse of deliverables once final files are transferred.
8c. Clients warrant that all client-supplied materials (logos, imagery, fonts, audio, video, etc.) are legally licensed and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or copyrights.
9. Portfolio Display & Privacy
ExportM reserves the right to display completed projects within our portfolio, social channels, and promotional materials. If your project requires privacy or a delayed showcase, please notify us prior to project commencement.
10. Deliverables & Source Files
Final deliverables will be provided in standard digital export formats appropriate for the project type (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4). Editable working or source files (such as Canva links, PSD, AI, CDR, or project files) are not included in standard packages unless explicitly agreed upon in advance for an additional fee.
