TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE

By creating an account or using Peptide AI Journal (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The App is intended for users age 18 or older. By using Peptide AI Journal you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

3. EDUCATIONAL AND TRACKING TOOL

Peptide AI Journal is an educational and personal-tracking tool. Content in the App — including the peptide library, Oracle AI coach, face-scan heuristic indices, and suggested protocols — is for informational purposes only. It is not medical, legal, or professional advice.

4. NO MEDICAL ADVICE

Nothing in the App diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or condition. We are not your healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any medication, supplement, protocol, or regimen.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for your own health decisions. You agree to verify information independently before acting on it. You accept all risk of harm arising from your decisions.

6. RESEARCH COMPOUNDS

Some entries in the peptide library are "research compounds" that are not approved for human use in most jurisdictions. The App provides this information for educational awareness and personal tracking of your own choices. Sale, possession, or use of these compounds may be illegal where you live. We do not sell, supply, or endorse any vendors.

7. AI COACH ("THE ORACLE")

The Oracle is an AI-generated chat assistant. It may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe output. Do not rely on the Oracle for medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions. Its output is not reviewed or endorsed by medical professionals.

8. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

Paid subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Apple bills you at the price disclosed at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled per Apple's refund policies.

9. DATA AND THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING

We store your data locally on your device by default. Two optional features send data to OpenAI, a third-party AI provider, and each is gated behind an explicit in-app consent screen that names OpenAI and lists exactly what is sent — nothing is transmitted until you agree, and the rest of the App works without them:

• The Oracle (AI chat) sends your typed messages and that chat's history, your first name, your goal and experience level, a summary of your active protocol (compound names and doses), and the numeric indices from your most recent face scan.

• Face Scan sends one downscaled copy of the photo you choose.

OpenAI processes this data only to generate the response and is contractually bound by its API terms to provide protections for it that are the same as or equal to those described in our Privacy Policy. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All App content, trademarks, and code are owned by the developer. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR HEALTH OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claim arising out of your use of the App or your decisions based on its content.

14. CHANGES

We may update these Terms. Material changes will require your re-acceptance in the App.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
