𐙚⊹ ࣪ kebijakan utama
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ let's be nice ♡
૮(˶ᵔᵕᵔ˶)ა.

Master Policy — English Version
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ payment
i accept full payment upfront or a 30% deposit before i start working on your commission. payment in the middle or at the end of the process isn’t available yaa.
if you decide to cancel after the artwork has already gone past the sketch stage, the deposit will automatically be non-refundable.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ revisions
during the commission process, minor revisions are totally okay!
however, once the sketch has been approved and i’ve moved on to coloring, major changes may come with an additional fee. so please make sure your brief and references are already clear and correct before i start!
detailing requests are totally okay, though!
major revisions will be charged starting from 5k IDR, depending on how much needs to be changed.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ turnaround time
the turnaround time may vary depending on the commission details, my queue, and unexpected situations/urgent circumstances.
the estimated timeframe is around 3 days - 1 month.
if i think your commission might take longer than expected, i’ll let you know!
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ copyright
the copyright of the artwork remains with me, unless we’ve agreed otherwise beforehand.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ personal use
commissions are made for personal use by default. if you’d like to use the artwork for commercial purposes, commercial rights can be discussed and purchased separately.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ please don't
please don’t use my artwork for AI training, NFTs, reselling, reposting as your own work (please give me proper credit!), redistribution, or any commercial purposes without my permission.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ i have the right to refuse
i may refuse or stop a commission if the request is outside what i’m able to or comfortable with working on, or if it doesn’t fit my commission guidelines.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ portfolio
unless you request otherwise beforehand, i may display your finished commission in my portfolio, gallery, or social media.
if you’d like your artwork to stay private, please let me know before i start working on it! private commissions will have an additional fee.
for anyone who isn’t familiar with it, a private commission means the artwork is made exclusively for the client and won’t be publicly posted or used as a sample by me.
⊳ 𐙚⊹ ࣪ mutual agreement
i’m also just one person doing all of this on my own, so please let’s treat each other kindly and respectfully throughout the commission process. good communication makes everything much more comfortable and enjoyable for both of us!
