1. Orders and Confirmation

1.1. Order Process: Orders can be placed through our official contacts via WhatsApp Business.

1.2. Order Confirmation: Order confirmation will be sent to you after your order has been confirmed by us.

1.3. Follow Requirement: You are required to follow our Instagram account or subscribe to our Telegram or WhatsApp channel [@creatzedesign].

1.4. Work Time: The completion time will be according to the agreement or the specified deadline.

2. Payment

2.1. Price and Payment: The service price will be clearly explained after the order is completed. Payment must be made according to the information provided on the invoice.

2.2. Payment Deadline: After the payment details are sent, the payment deadline is one day or 24 hours.

2.3. Inrush Time: Inrush orders get the top slot with a completion time of 24 hours/1 day or 48 hours/2 days. We do not accept inrush orders within a five-hour time frame. The fastest completion time is 24 hours/1 day.

2.4. Down Payment: A down payment system is applied for orders above 50,000c or above Rp10,000.00 (ten thousand rupiah) and will receive a DP invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Customer: Order cancellation after confirmation will be subject to charges according to the progress of the order and the work already done.

3.2. Cancellation by Creatze Design: We reserve the right to cancel the order if there is a violation of the terms and conditions set forth.

3.3. Refund: You cannot request a refund of the down payment you have made.

4. Revisions and Changes

4.1. Revisions: The number of allowed revisions is 3 times and details can be seen per the catalog we have provided. Additional revisions incur additional charges.

4.2. Order Changes: Significant changes to the order after confirmation require approval from both parties and may delay the completion schedule.

5. Acceptance

5.1. Delivery of Results: We will deliver the results and can make revisions until the customer approves. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final result within the specified time.

6. Privacy and Security

6.1. Confidentiality of Information: Information provided by the customer will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

7. Terms and Conditions Updates

7.1. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Creatze Design reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Updates will be notified to customers.

8. Testimonials and Design Reviews

8.1. **Design Reviews**: The designs we have made will be published as design reviews which you can see through our Telegram channel @Eitadesignresult after 1-2 months.

8.2. Publication Opt-Out: You can notify us if you do not want us to publish the design results during the work.
