🔁 REFUND POLICY FOR SOCIAL MEDIA ASSETS
Applicable for:

• Instagram Pages/Accounts
• YouTube Channels
• Websites/Digital Assets
✅ Refund requests for these items are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery/transfer.
• After 24 hours, refund requests will NOT be accepted.
• Approved refunds may take up to 72 hours to process after verification.
⚠️ Refund approval is subject to manual verification by our team.

🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once delivered/shared:

• Any digital product that can be copied, cloned, downloaded, or reproduced
Reason:
Digital products can be copied or stored permanently after delivery, which may cause misuse or financial loss.

🔍 VERIFICATION PROCESS
• Every refund request will go through manual verification.
• Buyers may be asked to provide:
- Screenshots
- Screen recordings
- Proof of issue/problem
- Temporary access for verification
