TED TALKx CONFERENCE is expanding its frontiers and the next spot to guest it in the Karakul specialized boarding School was for a reason: the learners' thirst for knowledge , their long-term observations and research as well as their desire to share their findings with their peers give this global event another spot to reach.
With the support of their ESL teacher Feruza Bebutova , the learners of 11th grade - Yusupov Ruslan, Shukrullayev Maftunbek, Malokhat, Narmuratov Shokhjakhon, Turobova Gulniso, Khujayev Rahmatullo and Khayrullayev Javokhir -were the next amateur Ted Talkers exchanging their ideas on their findings based on a series of global issues ranging from social , economic to medicine and cinematography.
An hour-long event full of bewildering range of topic -related videos and interactive activities left a great impression on visitors.The young speakers were able to demonstrate both their sufficient knowledge of English and their capability in expressing their viewpoint on critical matters. The catch was that most of topics discussed were the outcomes of their own scrutiny which were backed up by the facts of famous scientists.
The initiative was warmly welcomed by the authority who supported the idea of further continuation of these sorts of events.
