  - Participants are responsible for their travel to and from Dubai.

3. Accommodation:
  - Trade&Travel provides accommodation throughout the seminar duration.
  - Any additional nights beyond the seminar dates are the participant's responsibility.

4. Visa:
  - Trade&Travel covers visa fees for the duration of the seminar.
  - Participants are responsible for providing accurate and timely documentation for visa processing.

5. Code of Conduct:
 - Participants are expected to adhere to a professional and respectful code of conduct during the seminar.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

6. Learning Materials:
- Participants will receive comprehensive learning materials during the seminar.
- These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7. Changes and Cancellations:
- Trade&Travel reserves the right to make changes to the seminar schedule or content if necessary.
- In case of participant cancellation, refunds are subject to the provided notice period and may be subject to processing fees.

8. Liability:
- Trade&Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the seminar.
- Participants are encouraged to secure their personal belongings and adhere to safety guidelines.
