Job Description
Acba bank is looking for a System monitoring specialist to join our team
Job responsibilities
- Perform incident analysis and processing
- Respond to all notifications received, if necessary, forward them to the responsible team
- Perform systems and network monitoring, submit appropriate reports
- Log incidents and recurring problems
Required qualifications
- Higher technical education,
- Basic knowledge of the main concepts of IT infrastructures,
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Solarwinds, SCOM) will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of Russian and English,
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
