We are looking for a Systems Analyst who will be a part of our TradeTech team that is developing and supporting trading and price processing flows for FxPro products.
You will:
- Prepare artifacts for development: use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, process diagrams
- Maintain high-quality project and software design documentation and analysis
- Integrate research, team ideas, and feedback into solution requirements
- Maintain a log of completed and ongoing system changes
- Identify various possible business scenarios and document it
- Partner directly with business owners to implement solutions to process defects
- Analyze root causes of business issues and develop appropriate resolutions
- Utilize feedback to improve work and build on previous learnings
- Contribute to the development of a product roadmap
- Act as liaison with internal and external partners
- Provide support as a project team member as needed
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
- English level B2-C1
- Solid experience in writing requirements for highly loaded systems
- Solid experience in writing requirements for backend service both for monolith and microservice architectures
- Experience in prototyping interfaces, understanding UX/UI fundamentals
- Understanding of databases, independent creation of SQL queries is required
- 4+ years experience as a system analyst is required
- Experience in the fintech domain
- Result-oriented, analytical mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Good understanding of agile methodologies
