System Analyst (Middle+)

Employment: Full-time / Remote

Salary Range: Discussed with the candidate (up to $3500)

Major Responsibilities:

 • Analysis of business requirements, development, and coordination of security systems for new functionality, API, and protocol descriptions, and implementation of tasks according to standards with third-party services.

 • Analysis and decomposition of development tasks, task assignment, and deadline management.

 • Gathering information to solve problems and address possible issues, even in the absence of documentation.

 • Searching and defining approaches to address security problems.

 • Coordinating integration interactions with related departments or teams.

 • Requirements management, including writing, maintaining, and approving documentation throughout the project's life cycle. Task management in Jira / ClickUp.

 • Regular collection, processing, and analysis of user feedback, as well as providing training sessions.

 • Analyzing the actions of traders on the internal CRM platform.

 • Building dynamic reports and dashboards in Kibana / Grafana.

 • Analyzing and improving existing algorithms (Point of grow).

 • Market analysis and financial instruments in the crypto domain (Point of grow).

Specific Knowledge:

 • Development Experience 2+ years; Analytics (Similar) Experience 2+ years

Skills, abilities and competencies:

 • Python / GO (REST API, Visualization)

 • Elasticsearch + Kibana / Grafana

 • Prometheus + Grafana

 • SQL

 • Experience in writing functional requirements / business requirements / technical documentation / development. Setting metrics and their control.

 • Understanding the principles of design and development of relational databases. Knowledge of SQL.

 • Understanding of DevOps infrastructure (Docker, AWS, Kubernetes).

 • Market analysis / financial instruments (Not required).

Education:

 • Technical (mathematics, physics, CS) and / or Financial education.

Conditions:

 • 40 hours per week, schedule from 11 am to 8 pm

 • Office in Izmir, Turkey, or remote

 • Fixed salary.

 • Additional hub in Serbia under formation

 • Fixed salary with a salary review after six months of work
