⚡️Your future tasks:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements for core banking projects;

• Develop clear and detailed functional specifications, system design documents, use cases, and user stories;

• Support the testing process by conducting system validation, and ensuring the delivered solution meets the business needs;

• Assist in the implementation of core banking solutions, including migration, integration, and user training;

• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication of project goals, timelines, and status updates;

• Identify and resolve system issues;

• Cooperate directly with external vendor teams to facilitate system improvements and support.

⚡️What we expect from candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in the banking or financial services industry;

• Experience working in the Core Banking domain.

• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data models related to banking processes;

• Proficiency in technical specifications, databases, SQL (basic knowledge), software tools, problem resolution, and testing;

• Experience with UML and BPMN methodologies;

• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clear, actionable technical specifications for developers.
