Symfony PHP Back-end Developer (Remote)

We are a group of Freelancers (eastern Europe) and Product owners / designers (in the Netherlands) who are building awesome projects for start-ups and scale-ups in the Netherlands using latest technology and have fun together.
At this moment we are looking for a new team member who is specialized in Back-End web development using PHP in combination with Symfony 4 framework.
Skills and expertise
PHP RabbitMQ Redis REST Symfony Symfony 4
Your tasks will include :
- Work together with a team of Vue.js specialists (Front-end), back-end Symfony4 specialists, IOS (Swift) specialists and Android (Kotlin) specialists.
- PHP and Symfony framework development (at least 3 years)
- REST api creation experience
- Experience with: Redis / rabbitmq / phpunit testing
- Setup Test Suite (Automatic testing) (TDD)
- Entrepreneurial mindset to help setup a total reproducable Back-end stack.
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements.
- Demonstrates a systematic structured problem solving approach.
- Able to speak English to discuss projects during weekly sprint calls (video)
Our team exist of Senior Product Owners, Back-end and Front-end Developers , Devops engineer and Designers. We are looking for a Back-end Developer who likes to take ownership and has a strong opinion.
Interview process Our selection will be done first with a short recruiter's call, then using a Symfony4 test which takes about (2-4 hours) and a video call. We only are looking for long term relationships.
No agency or company interest, only direct developers to join our team of developers.
