Stillhouse Atlantic is a small artisanal distillery established early in in the coastal town of Swakopmund, Namibia. We produce all our small-batch craft spirits from scratch - starting with the production of our neutral base spirit. From fermentations to distilling to bottling and labelling is done by hand - it all happens on site. We perfect each batch by meticulously controlling every step. Our products are a labour of love and commitment to the art and science of craft distilling. Distilled in-house in tiny batches, each bottle of aromatic Stillhouse Gin is individually finished to create a unique work of art and taste. Our Namibian classic dry gin blends traditional botanicals with local botanicals like baobab fruit, wild hibiscus, and closer to home:! Nara melon and hand-picked Atlantic seaweed. All flavours are steam infused during distillation and only pure water is added after distillation making this a classic dry style gin. Subtle notes of juniper mingle with citrus-forward freshness, echoed on the palate with highlights of delicate herbal notes. Stillhouse Wild is a pink gin unlike most others. This dry style gin is soft and aromatic, light juniper notes followed by hints of spicy pink pepper and sweet orange zest, earthy notes of wild rosemary and cascara coffee cherries. Infusing wild hibiscus after the gin is distilled gives it a slight pink hue. Umber cold-brew coffee liqueur is the inspired synergy of dramatically different passions. The fiery intensity of Two Beards fresh-roast coffee is infused in a cold drip syphon - drop by drop - with the distilled base spirit of Stillhouse Atlantic. A truly authentic Namibian product, this enchanting cold-brew liqueur blends earthy, chocolaty richness with the fleeting notes of summer fruit. Stillhouse Aromatic Bitters are hand crafted by infusing our distilled spirits with carefully selected fruits, berries, herbs and spices. Baking spices like cinnamon and allspice are dominated by sweet orange making this the perfect bitters for an Old Fashioned.
