Went with a group of 11, super accommodating to large parties and food substitutions. Drinks were very strong but good. Most of us had the roasted chicken and crushers 10/10 all around

This place itself gives a 5 star ambience!!!! The lychee martini was everything I enjoyed and the food was rich and filling Definitely a fun place to go with your gals for pics and videos and the drink are seriously amazing
Sveta, located in the heart of West Village. It is the Modern European Cuisine with the most heart-warming family hospitality. Co-owned by Sveta and her son Alan, everything from the interior design, food, and cocktails are all carefully crafted from scratch. The signature mystery cocktails with different kinds of cotton candy and decor, vodka frozen drinks pouch, and 5 colors flavors tube shots. This place are pretty busy, you should make reservation, but the owners tried very hard to take care everyone. Food is amazing, cooked perfect with maximum flavor, i like the presentation, definitely good for post food pictures. Experience the exotic taste of East Europe and authentic hospitality, recommend to visit Sveta
Super super cute place with such a nice vibe. We did make a reservation and ended up having to wait about 25 mins for our table to clear. Drinks-wise we ordered the test tubes, which were so fun! You get 5 test tubes of different vodka-infused flavors. My personal favorites were the lychee and pomegranate. For food we ordered the Ukrainian sushi and the beef stroganoff. The sushi was incredible with a crepe on the outside, smoked salmon on the inside, and some caviar on top. The stroganoff was by far the highlight of the night. It comes out in a little bowl covered by crispy puff pastry that you break into to get to the dish. The noodles and beef were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Overall great food, experience, and service.
Hidden West Village gem! Get your phone out, this Insta-ready establishment comes with greenery at the entrance, flowers and bright colors all over, your imagination runs wild. That's only the start, because the drinks come in the most fun, creative ways! From cotton candy topping, to the literal birds nest one drink comes in (named the Birds Nest), this place is so cool! On top of it all, they are doing a partnership with Stoli to support Ukraine, so there are really cool subtle touches of blue and yellow. Can't wait to come back!
I wish I could give more stars to this place. This beautiful restaurant is located in West Village. As you walk towards the restaurant you're surrounded by beautiful bright colorful flowers which makes the place evenmore enchanting. I sat indoors. The interior design is very artistic and curated. Whether you sit outdoors or indoors, you feel as if you're in a very serene garden. Our server was very friendly and attentive. All their drinks are very aesthetic. I had their pink champagne margarita, layered with cotton candy and flowers. You taste the hints of all the flavors infused in one. For starters, I chose the savory hummus and cauliflower florets for appetizers. For my main dish, the sveta burger accompanied by their house fries. I love how theres the Ukrainian flag displayed on the cocktails and dishes. Reading a little bit about this place I learned how the owners are a mother and a son that came from the Ukraine and their motto is "family first." I'm looking forward to trying more of their modern European cuisine everything that I tried was delightful, and I believe the reason behind that is that it is homemade with love.
Wow, this restaurant is so pretty!! My friends and I sat outside and the outdoor dining area was decorated with lots of colorful decor and fake flowers. We got a bunch of dishes to share, family style. All the food was sooo good. There wasn't a single thing I disliked. Both drinks I got were delicious and beautiful too! Very creative drink menu. If I had to choose a favorite, my favorite dishes would probably be a tie between the scallops and the salmon. I would love to dine at Sveta again. The customer service was also great, and the servers were friendly and attentive even though it was super crowded and busy on a Friday night.
What sweet employees!! Went here as we were celebrating a friends bday for the day. They gave her a free drink and birthday dessert. We didn't even ask for any of it either which is the best part. They sang happy birthday to her and had sparklers. It was beyond cute and very unexpected. We came around happy hour time. Got their pouch drinks. Weren't the best drinks I've had in my life, very sweet, my other girlfriend loved hers. Depends on your taste. The appetizers were actually really good. The only negative I'd have to say about this place is that it smelled like cigarettes. I would come back again. Fabulous service. Pros: service & food Cons: small inside & smell
