Susan, now-70-years-old, played Hattie in the old school flick; which told the tale of a teenage girl living as a prostitute in New Orleans back in 1917, also starring Brooke Shields as Violet.
In one particularly saucy scene, Susan could be seen fondling her bare breasts as she laid herself out on a floral chair, with her giving viewers a glimpse of her toned pins in a pair of racy black stockings.
Susan wore her brunette locks in tight ringlets and she had a simple pendant fitted loosely around her neck.
Another sizzling shot then saw the actress flashing a sultry stare to one side of the camera, with her flaunting serious cleavage in a plunging white lace dress, which she teamed with a matching cardigan loosely draped over her shoulders.
The unearthed snaps come after Susan spoke out about still being considered a sex symbol.
The Thelma & Louise bombshell admitted: “There’s nothing wrong with admitting that I still feel sexy at 70.”
Susan went on: “I have been lucky enough to enjoy sex – and still do. I have never slept around but have always thought that quality is more important than quantity.
“As for ageing, it is a number and I have never given it much thought. Just get on with it and enjoy the years as much as you can. I look forward rather than back.”
Susan has enjoyed countless success over the years, with her bagging herself an Oscar for 1995 film Dead Man Walking (as a nun), and having a string of hits including The Witches of Eastwick (1987) Bull Durham (1988) and The Client (1994) for which she won a Bafta.

The now 70-year-old played the role of Nora Baker in the flick, which told the tale of a high-flying advertising executive (Max Baron, played by James Spader) still recovering from the death of his wife when he met Susan’s character and they gradually fell in love.
One seriously steamy moment in the film saw the pair engage in an X-rated sex scene, with Susan flashing her bare bust as she writhed on top of her on-screen beau.
This certainly isn’t the first time Susan has showed off her sensational figure in a movie, with her also flashing the flesh as Sarah Roberts back in 1983’s The Hunger as she filmed a lesbian sex scene with co-star Catherine Deneuve.
Susan has spoken out about the racy scene before, with her telling Vulture back in 2014: “We had to come up with who was pitching and who was catching. Originally, the descriptions of the scene were of us kind of posing and not necessarily connecting."
She continued: “We figured out the choreography so there was a first kiss, and how that happened, so it didn't just jump into nakedness and corsets and a lot of other things.
“Every love scene is different and has a specific mission in terms of the entire film.”
Susan - who also stripped off in the likes of Pretty Baby and Joe - went on: “For The Hunger, the whole point of that scene between Catherine and me is that she transfuses her, in order to get her addicted to blood. It's not just a love scene.
“And so the love scene itself was never really made explicit.
“For me, what's interesting about love scenes is the getting into it and what happens after."

Susan Sarandon has posed semi-naked for a photography book based on 1940s style.
The actress, who turns 62 today, appears alongside Mary-Kate Olsen, Kate Hudson and Molly Sims in Hollywood Pinups by Timothy White.
Sarandon, who is snapped wearing only fishnet tights and a feather-boa, commented that she enjoyed the experience.
"What a treat to play in the world of the beautiful, perfect pinup fantasy," she said.
Earlier this year, the star admitted that she cannot stand to watch herself on screen.
"Most of the time when I watch a movie I'm in, it takes me about three times before I can see it because I'm so critical of myself," she said.
