Calling a stop the checked the rythum, the same, more cpr. More deep compressions.
Finally after the third check she had moved into a shockable rythum, the paddles were placed on her chest and the shock sent, oomph her arms pulled up and inward, her body jerked and then stillness. The ecg showed the intense response to the shock then back to fine vfib, cpr was started again this time by an athletic young male nurse. Her chest caved and her stomach distended with every push downward, her whole body jerked as he compressed……..
