As the face of Surf & Earn at Massifly, you’ll help people discover, join, and succeed in the program. You’ll teach, support, and grow a community of earners who are building income from zero.
*What You’ll Do:*
1. *Onboard & Coach Surfers*: Guide new members through the "surf first" steps so they can start earning immediately. No financial barrier.
2. *Drive Daily Engagement*: Motivate the community to stay active to unlock *daily bonus compensation*
3. *Content & Storytelling*: Share wins, tips, and real stories of people earning on their own terms
4. *Community Building*: Grow and manage our WhatsApp, Telegram, IG, and TikTok Surf & Earn groups
5. *Feedback Loop*: Listen to surfers and help Massifly improve the earning experience
*What We’re Looking For:*
- Passionate about financial access and helping people earn online
- Great communicator. You can explain things simply and hype people up
- Comfortable with social media, WhatsApp communities, and content creation
- Self-starter who can work remotely and hit engagement/growth goals
- Bonus: Experience in community management, gig platforms, or creator economy
