Support specialist and communications

🔍 Requirements:
— English C1 (B2 fluently with great pronouns), native Ukrainian;
— Multitasking skills;
— Advanced computer skills;
— Рhone and business writing (e-mails, messengers) skills.
— Communication skills, dedication, ability to work in a team;
— Time management;
— Experience in the US or with US companies will be an advantage.
💻 Job responsibilities:
— Сommunication in English and Ukrainian with potential and existing clients;
— Сommunication with English-speaking counterparties of clients from other countries (if necessary);
— Іnvolvement in searching and attracting new clients and partners for support or cooperation. For example: assessing the possible cooperation by way of analyzing the websites of potential partners (CPA and/or Outsourcing companies);
— Search and communicate with potential customers (B2B and B2C websites: clutch.co, g2.com, goodfirms.co, Upwork, Fiverr, and social media etc);
— Search and communicate with journalists and prof. societies via Haro, Quoted etc;
— Write or translate news and articles for social media;
— Provide some English training to colleagues.
