Supply Chain Excellence Manager в Bonduelle

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, map and benchmark various supply chain processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recommend changes for improved performance and lead their implementation.
• Develop tools, SOPs and instructions for new and/or improved processes
• Plan and lead Cost Savings program. Track and control Cost Savings projects.
• Analyze investments in logistic activities; calculate business cases.
• Lead Efficiency, Digital and Efficiency projects. Create and manage cross-functional teams for delivering critical transformational, cost-saving and digital initiatives.
• Research industry standards and best practices for supply chain processes. Develop external networking to provide competitive intelligence.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Higher education (specialization in economics or technical disciplines are desirable)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement and/or operations management
• Experience in process mapping and improvement, standard operational procedure (SOP) development.
• Good knowledge of data analytics.
• Understanding of supply chain management processes and cost models.
• Successful experience in project management
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized, result-oriented, demonstrated leadership skills
• English – Intermediate.
• Able to:

1. Work collaboratively and in ambiguity
2. Meet objectives with minimal supervision
3. Resolve customer issues
4. Analyze and effectively communicate business, financial and technical impacts
