or no mobile data, do force reboot, and wait 1 minute after enter homescreen.

- Actually, android system itself is doing that optimization too, but it waiting some condition to be fullfiled,
like when the phone goes idle (or maybe when it on charging). So better doing it since day 1 or after restore your apps.
