Playing through the Injustice 2 story mode I saw a few opportunities for a mind controlled Supergirl, but we never got it. But I was certain after seeing the Superman ending that someone talented out there wanted to see what would have happened if she had been MCd alongside Batman. But the flood of fanart/fanfics I expected never came. So consider this my first contribution in the absence of Injustice 2 MC fanfiction, as poorly written as it is. More parts will almost certainly follow, with other DC ladies from the game , though I can't say when I'll get around to writing them.

The following contains spoilers for the game Injustice 2. You have been warned.
Kara struggled against the restraints, in the red sun cell she didn’t have the ability to break free. Especially not with Wonder Woman and the mind-controlled Batman right next to her. On the outside of the cell, Superman stood watching the events unfold. Kara had begged, but his mind had been made up and he now watched, his face showing no reaction to what he had ordered his subordinates to do.
“Diana, Bruce, please! Don’t do this!” Kara tried one last time to reason with the pair, but Batman stood with the mindless stare of a drone and Wonder Woman smirked, knowing that soon Supergirl wouldn’t be a problem for Superman’s regime.
“This is for the best Kara.” Superman’s voice boomed through the cell’s speakers. “Soon you’ll see things the way I do. Then we can save this world together.”
Batman carried one of Brainiac’s mind control headpieces up to the table they had restrained Kara on and handed it to Wonder Woman.
“Are you ready Kara?” Wonder Woman asked, without a hint of sympathy in her voice. “Soon, you’ll listen to orders.” Kara struggled harder, but Wonder Woman slowly lowered the device onto her forehead. She let out one final scream as the light on the front of the headset glowed purple. Soon, Kara’s scream was cut short as her eyes began to glow the same purple-white as on the headset. Her expression softened until her face was completely blank.
“How do you feel Kara? Are you ready to listen to reason?” Superman’s voice again came over the speakers.
“I feel fine Kal. Yes I am ready to listen to reason.” Kara answered in a monotone.
“Hmmm, you see Kara, we aren’t equals anymore. I’m afraid you gave up any right to call me ‘Kal’ when you decided to help him fight against me. I am your superior, you will call me Sir. Do you understand Kara?”
“Diana, release Kara from her restraints.” Soon Supergirl was up and floating next to Superman. “Now Kara, I have a mission for you. To see just how loyal you are, you’re going to topple what’s left of Batman’s insurgency. The ‘Birds of Prey’ and the ‘Gotham City Sirens’ have decided to make a valiant last stand in Gotham.”
“Would you like me to kill them sir?” Kara’s emotionless tone made a pang of guilt run through Superman, until he reassured himself that he was doing everything for the right reasons.
“No, Kara. Though no doubt they do deserve it. They’re all talented in their own ways and would make excellent soldiers in the battles to come. Just like you and Bruce there. Talk to Cyborg, he will provide you with the headpieces for each of them.”
“Understood sir.” And with that, Kara set about on her mission.

This wasn't any of the three things I had planned to upload by Halloween, but heck, Supergirl officially premiered in the UK yesterday, Melissa Benoist is super-cute, and that's enough of an excuse for me! Oh, and Maxwell Lord is a confirmed cast member. Y'know, the guy who hypnotized Power Girl to attack the JLI and would have made Superman kill if Wonder Woman hadn't impaled him before he could finish it... The possibilities there excite me.
