Coconut water is the best alternative of market available juice for children and even for adults in a summer season. Coconut water and its pulp is a store of potassium, electrolytes, and nutrition. Coconut water keeps the body temperature cool and helpful to prevent dehydration in a summer season. It is also useful to cure various ailments related to facial skin.
