Sugartopia policy

Sugartopia is a place for turning everyday photos into playful stickers. Privacy should feel just as uncomplicated: your creative work stays under your control, and information is handled only when it helps the app work or helps us understand how well it is working.

The short version

You do not need an account to use Sugartopia. The photos you choose, the stickers you create, your packs, preferences, progress, and unlocked items are kept on your device. Nothing is exported or shared unless you choose to do it.

Sugartopia may use a device identifier, including the Advertising ID, for analytics and app functionality. This collection is ephemeral, users can choose where that option is presented, and related analytics data is automatically deleted within 90 days.

What stays in your candy jar

When you pick a photo, Sugartopia processes it so you can cut out a subject, decorate it, and create a sticker. Your selected photos, edited images, sticker packs, creative progress, and app preferences remain locally on your device.

You decide when a finished sticker leaves the app. If you export or share something through another app or service, that destination will handle the shared content according to its own privacy terms.

There are no Sugartopia accounts. You cannot create an account in the app or sign in with an account created somewhere else.

A small amount of analytics

Sugartopia may collect the Advertising ID or a similar device identifier to understand app usage, check whether features are working as expected, improve reliability, and support app functionality.

This identifier is collected ephemerally. It is not used to build a lasting personal profile. Where Sugartopia presents an analytics choice, you can decide whether the relevant identifier is collected. You can also reset or limit the Advertising ID from your Android device settings.

How information helps the app

Information handled by Sugartopia is used to:

- turn the photos you select into stickers;

- save your stickers, packs, preferences, and progress on your device;

- complete exports and shares that you request;

- understand whether features are working properly; and

- improve app stability and the overall experience.

Sharing is your choice

Sugartopia does not sell personal information.

Device identifiers may be processed by analytics service providers only for analytics and app-functionality purposes. Your photos and creations are not intentionally sent to another app or service unless you initiate an export or sharing action.

How long things remain

Analytics data connected with device identifiers is automatically deleted within 90 days.

Locally stored photos, stickers, packs, progress, and preferences stay on your device until you remove them, clear Sugartopia's app data, or uninstall the app. Because Sugartopia has no user accounts, there is no account-based data deletion request process.

Your controls

You remain in control of:

- which photos you choose;

- whether and where your creations are exported or shared;

- analytics choices when the app presents them;

- Advertising ID controls available in Android settings; and

- local app data, which you can remove by clearing storage or uninstalling Sugartopia.

For younger creators

Sugartopia is intended for people aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and the app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Keeping information safe

Reasonable technical measures are used to protect information handled by Sugartopia. Even so, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If this policy changes

Sugartopia may evolve, and this policy may be updated along with it. When that happens, the date at the top of this page will change so you can see when the latest version took effect.
