Student Song Festival in Riga

A large concert of the XX Gaudeamus Baltic Students' Song and Dance Festival "To Infinity..." took place on Freedom Square. It was the final event of the holiday, which was attended by 3903 students from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

The Gaudeamus tradition began in 1956 in Tartu, and since then the holiday has been held alternately in one of the Baltic countries.
