Responsibilities:
🔸We are seeking a Revit modeler/drafter with 1+ years of experience to join our structural team;
🔸Updating architectural models of residential and commercial buildings with structural elements (Timber Structures);
🔸Setting up views and preparing structural plans;
🔸Drafting/updating structural details;
🔸Coordinate with structural engineers to ensure consistency in plans;
🔸Collaborate with structural engineers to develop an understanding of structural components and their design.
Required skills:
🔹1+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit;
🔹Modeling of 3D structural elements of timber buildings; perfect understanding of templates, filters, schedules, families, and their parameters;
🔹General understanding of Timber Design is a Plus;
🔹Structural/Civil engineering students/graduated;
🔹Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST;
🔹Detail-oriented;
🔹Self-motivated;
🔹Meticulous;
🔹General understanding of structural design;
🔹Eager to learn and develop engineering skills.
