Responsibilities:
🔸We are seeking an engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our structural team;
🔸Perform structural analysis of residential buildings (Timber Design);
🔸Perform structural analysis of commercial buildings (Timber & Steel Design);
🔸Perform structural analysis on foundations, retaining walls, and concrete structures (Concrete & Masonry);
🔸Develop structural details and construction documents;
🔸Coordinate with project architects to ensure consistency in plans;
🔸Review and coordinate with 3rd party manufacturers to ensure all structural components are in compliance with the structural plans:
🔸Collaborate with other structural engineers to develop optimal solutions for the design.
Requirements:
🔹1+ years of experience in Structural Engineering;
🔹Direct experience with Timber Design is a Plus;
🔹Bachelors or Equivalent (Civil/Structural Engineering, Masters Preferred);
🔹Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate Level of English is a MUST;
🔹Knowledge of Revit is a MUST;
🔹Detail-oriented;
🔹Self-motivated;
🔹Problem solver;
🔹Meticulous;
🔹Good understanding of typical construction;
🔹Ability to learn and thoroughly understand new building codes;
🔹Tools: Trello, Timecamp, GSuite, BIM360, Revit, Woodworks, Enercalc.
