First of all, boys don't have to be stronger than girls. Saying "oh I must not settle with the fact that there's a girl out there stronger than I am" is simply wrong. Besides, chances are: there will always be a girl stronger & faster than you unless you are an top ranking athlete. Don't believe me? I don't know how many men can win a fight over TV remote against Ronda Rousey, but I know for a fact that I'm not one of them (she'll probably break my arm in 5 seconds).
Second, biologically, girls enter puberty earlier than boys do. So I wouldn't be surprised if your sister has better

And third, your sister might simply have better athleticism. This has nothing to do with sex, it's determined by genes and prior experiences. Who said that guys must be more athletic than girls? Lots of Olympic gymnasts (boys and girls alike) win their first national tournaments around 13-14. Their athleticism is "superhuman" in my opinion. As a kickboxer & nak muay & karateka, I see myself as a pretty athletic guy, but I won't even bother comparing myself with them, in fact, I don't bother comparing my athleticism with any serious gymnast (which includes a lot of girls). So it's perfectly ok for girls to be more athletic.

In fact, men spend most of their lives trying to understand the idea that girls/women can be stronger than themselves in many different ways. It's just SO DARN HARD to unlearn those early lessons that mom and dad taught us.
But don't really blame your mom and dad. You see, they were just passing down information that THEIR parents taught them.....and some of it was just incorrect.
