Strong frosts are returning to Ukraine. On Tuesday, according to the Ukrhydrometcenter, the temperature in Kyiv and a number of regions will drop to -17 degrees.
Snowfall is also expected. In Kyiv, local social media accounts report that snow drifts and icy roads have already started to appear.
There has been a dip in missile and drone strikes lately.
