You haven’t made it as a filmmaker until your work has been turned into a porn parody version. Like the Weird Al of the film world, it’s the highest and most esteemed honor to watch characters you recognize and love getting it on in costume in a shoddy recreation of the set.
What is a porn parody, you might ask? Well, it's a pornographic version of a popular movie, TV series or other creation. Typically, the original doesn't have any sex in it -- and the porn parody version, well, doesn't have much except sex.
They're created for two reasons -- one, because basing your porn on a popular existing intellectual property saves you the trouble of thinking up even the thinnest of porn plots yourself, and two, because people love seeing the characters they know and love get naked -- even if those characters are the furthest thing from sexy in the first place.
So yep, there are porn parodies of TV shows like The Simpsons and Bob's Burgers , family-friendly comedies where not a single one of the main characters could be described as being, either intentionally or accidentally, drawn in a sexy manner by their creators.
On the other end of the spectrum, however, some porn parodies are created because certain shows and movies have extremely attractive characters who titillated and teased audiences' imaginations. Who didn't consider, for instance, what it would be like if the babe-licious characters in Pirates of the Caribbean got lucky together on the high seas? In this case, the porn industry is just giving us what Hollywood cruelly refused to.
However, with the sheer amount of porn parodies out there (trust there, are whole companies dedicated to the XXX parody) it can be tough to know how to differentiate between the good, the bad, and the so bad it’s good. Luckily, we’re in the unique position where we can take the time to watch all of these masterpieces and talk about what makes them so special.
Aside from the fact that each and every porn parody has its charm, there are certain qualities and factors that separate them from each other and makes these particular ones worth watching -- things like inventiveness, close attention to detail, and, let's be honest, how great the sex puns in the title are.
So, buckle up, grab your favorite porn-watching accessories and get ready for a hot dose of dirty, parodic and legally-distinct-from-its-inspirations cinema.
Upon its release, Pirates became an instant adult cinema classic. From the high budget to the costumes, to the computer generated effects, this hardcore movie changed the game. With an all star cast along the likes of Jesse Jane , Carmen Luvana, Janine Lindemulder, Devon, Jenaveve Jolie, Teagan Presley, and Evan Stone, the $1 million budget made it the talk of the porn world. So what did this legendary film win? Everything. The 2006 AVN Awards threw 11 awards at Pirates for Best DVD, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Video Feature, Best All-Girl Sex Scene, Best High-Definition Production, and more. So, how does it stack up against the real thing? It depends -- the first Pirates of the Caribbean was good, but there was a distinct lack of girl-on-girl action .

Oddly enough, it’s the details of Seinfeld: A XXX Parody that especially impresses us; they’ve got the stand-up, they’ve got witty banter, they’ve got the apartment… kinda. More than anything, it frames Seinfeld in a different light that kinda makes us ask why we never saw Jerry and Elaine bone.
Think The Da Vinci Load ’s art is just in the title? Wrong again! But don’t take it from us, take it from the genius IMDb user who perfectly summed up this movie.
“The basic story is that the Priory of Semen has collected semen from great men through the ages. That leaves George Bush out, as they manage to say in the movie. Somehow they missed Leonardo Da Vinci, as he was allegedly of a different sexual orientation. But, never fear, modern technology has provided a means to collect his semen. This was some really creative thinking on the part of the writer! So, what do you get to see amongst all this? Dr. Nadia Saint (Missy Monroe) instructs her college sex class on how to collect semen using two student volunteers. A hooker (Tory Lane) distracts the museum curator so that the dastardly deed can be accomplished. Using her new found knowledge that men's minds can be read by grabbing their penis, Det. Jane Rosello (Haley Paige) manages to find the location of the Priory in time to see the Prioress (Eva Angelina) and all the girls engaging in a big female gang bang.”
There will always be a place in our hearts for movies like Game of Bones, which we’re pretty sure only went into production to take advantage of the full punny title, Game of Bones: Winter Is Cumming . This movie stars adult actress and Fleshlight model Anikka Albrite as Daenerys Targaryen and features a rag-tag cast of adult actors like Seth’s Beard, James Deen, and Tommy Pistol. While there’s little shock factor in adding sex to a show that already has a ton of sex, it kinda cures the itch we had wanting to see the actors and actresses go all the way… in terms of hardcore penetration, that is.
Hey, here’s a way to simultaneously fulfill your pre-teen fantasy and ruin your childhood all at one. Simpsons XXX is almost too bizarre to watch seriously and provides what we’d like to call “nightmare fuel” for any diehard Simpsons fan. There is so much wrong with this, but also so much right. We commend the effort on these guys’ part to put Rule 34 into effect, but man it’s weird seeing Homer Simpson climax on Marge’s face.
For all you youngsters out there (including myself) whose first reaction to this title is a cock of the head and furrow of the brow, it’s actually based on the 1968 British musical comedy, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang . So, you can see that it wasn’t too far of a stretch to rename this porno parody something that would incite simultaneous interest and arousal. While there’s very little that separates this particular movies from the others in the brood, we applaud the delicious pun that makes us chuckle every single time we read it. Also, for those wondering: Yes, there are titties, and yes, there are gang-bangs . So you can never accuse these guys of false advertising.
It’s worth mentioning that the full title to this masterpiece is Down on Abby: Tales from Bottomley Manor , which is something you have to read aloud to fully enjoy. This 2014 porno stars Lexi Lowe, Ben Dover, Jasmine Jae, Jasmine James, Ryan Ryder, Jess West, and more, and offers a relatively close parody to the plot of Downton Abbey . What we really appreciate is this porno movie 's take on classicism and the response to the way English lords and ladies treated their servants in the early 20th century. In Downton Abbey , you play witness to the growth of the middle class and the disintegration of servitude… in Down on Abby , everyone just kind of has sex with each other. Don’t watch this film if you’re sensitive to historical inaccuracies in pornographic movies, but let the New York magazine article speak for itself.
“For some of us, Downton Abbey is satisfaction enough. Strokemon Go premiered on WankzVR and is made to be viewed in virtual reality, which is pretty apparent with the amount of movement in the filming. Regardless of the fact that this movie has absolutely nothing to do with Pokemon , the effect of seeing Kristen Scott up close and personal will make any viewer forget that this parody really isn’t a parody at all. Who cares, VR porn rules.
Another masterpiece by the goddamn geniuses at Woodrocket. It’s hard to parody a cartoon (as we’ve learned with Simpsons XXX ) without getting creepy, but these guys know how to do it. The plot is pretty straightforward and shockingly true-ish to the show. Basically, the hardcore version of Bob and Linda have to scramble to get their restaurant ready for the Adult Entertainment Exotic Biz Con XXX Convention. Eventually, the pair make a own special "Vaggie" Burgers, while Tina gets down on some sexy fan fiction for her, *sigh*, 18th birthday. And yes, Tina and Jimmy obviously have sex. Bob’s Boners stars Tabitha Stevens as Linda, Anthony Rosano as Bob, and your who’s-who of adult stars .

Dickachu and SquirtHole bring a whole new meaning to “Pokemon Go”.
Yes, Pokemon Go has been taking over our lives these past few days. Yes, Pokemon is the top search term on porn sites. And yes , Pokemon is literally more popular than porn right now. I know, I can’t believe it either.
