Stripper Wages - How Much Money Do Strippers Make?
I get asked continuously, "How much money do strippers make?" Well, it is different from an excellent night with a bad night, but suppose a stripper only averages $200/shift and she works 4x per week. That is $800/week or $40k per year. If she works 5x weekly which is $1000/week or $50k a year. When I first posted this article inside the fall of 2007, a lot of the strippers I knew were averaging $500/shift, working 4 shifts weekly, which translated to some 6 figure business.
Some strippers continue to be making that type of cash (individuals have taken a stripper sales study course certainly are!) However the majority of the exotic dancer I know took a 20% or more hit with their profits because of the slowing economy.
I spent a good couple of hours researching the Bell Curve Statistics of Professional salaries. If you are not a statistician, let me explain. In this case the bell curve measures the distribution of salaries from the lowest 10th percentile, the middle 50th percentile, and the highest 90th percentile. The bell curve measures data more accurately than an average does. The average is a poor measurement of information because one quite high or one very low number can completely skew your average. (Snooze, snooze....I was a math teacher remember???)

I included baseball players given it cracks me up how these Minor League guys waltz into the Strip Club during Spring Training. They love to tell the doorstaff that they can should be in free of charge as they are baseball players, and so they think girls should let them have free dances since they are baseball players. The new girls eat it because they think they're sitting on the lap from the next Derek Jeter. ....homeboy is making $2500 30 days!! Also realize that although the newspapers report that the normal baseball salary is 2 million, most of that cash is going to the most notable players like Bonds, Jeter, Sosa, etc. The majority with the guys within the league are pulling $385K. Not too a far cry through the "average" 2 million.
What I found most depressing was the salaries for college. Everyone knows public school teachers don't make much university professors aren't far behind. Look at the salary range for University Deans! These are some in the brightest minds inside the they're not making a lot more than a stripper?
It drives home the fact EDUCATION won't equal MONEY anymore. I wish I could change that equation but I can not. Going to go to this website , getting a high level degree won't guarantee a safe job using a pension, as numerous college grads have become determining.
I am not to imply that stripping will be the solution for each attractive woman. However, if you're planning on being a stripper or intend to make more income stripping, a sales training program will help.
