The final stripper interviewed (Avalon) about her finding paid gigs is an ode to age discrimination. One of the club managers interviewed stated that marketing women in their early to late twenties is a profitable market and the adult entertainment market has no room for those past 30 even in defiance of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 - age discrimination is prohibited under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Nobody understands better than HBO the sheer incongruity of getting a personal and unvarnished look behind the scenes of real women paid to be varnished, impersonal, and ethereal. And, no one else has mastered the craft of paying for quality documentary filmmaking by including just enough of the bodacious and the titillating to find a secondary audience of men who love to watch-without-listening the very exploitation being exposed. It's a tightrope most filmmakers would be too afraid to go near. Nevertheless, The Naked Stages is just one of a series of these documentaries that has earned critical praise for solid documentary exposition and insights whilst proving to be commercially viable as well. In terms of substance, The Naked Stages delivers the goods. It provides us with insights we'd never get otherwise of all aspects of the lives these women lead, the impact of age on beauty, and the lengths traveled by aging stars addicted to the adoration of losers. Given the well-known nature of The Naked Stages as the standard that helped define this specialty genre, I am shocked to find that this is the first review submitted for posting and in the six years that this has aired, that there are fewer than one dozen comments on it. Finally, I just reviewed a similarly themed fictional and independent film called "Nothing Really Happens: Memories of Aging Strippers." If you appreciated The Naked Stages, this is a movie I would highly recommend watching.

I sat down with my dinner and no expectation as I watched this movie, and I was sorely disappointed by one of the former two. This movie might have had a promising script on paper, but it translated poorly onto the screen. There was a serious lack of coherency throughout this movie. Just too many things didn't really add up and wouldn't have played out the way they did in the movie. Anyway, as for the acting, well actually here there was a surprisingly nice job being done. I think the only face I recognized here was Linden Ashby. But regardless of known or unknown talents, the performances of the actors and actresses in "Stripped Naked" was believable and good. Even the lizard did a good job! haha... I think this movie is supposed to be a thriller / suspense type of movie, but it fails horribly at such. This movie failed to have me entertained, but still I managed to sit through the entire length. This is not the type of movie that I would recommend you watch, unless you have to kill time and have absolutely nothing else to watch or do.

The theme song is a sound-alike song resembling closely the song Papa Was a Rolling Stone by The Temptations.
As Maurizio (Franco Diogene) enters the bathroom, wearing just his underwear, the camera and a crew-member can be seen in the mirror to the left of him.
German dvd features the uncut version of the film, which is similar to the R1 dvd release, except for the pre-credit opening scene. The German dvd has the sequence in normal color, whereas the R1 dvd has the sequence tinted blue.
I have to admit this movie delivers exactly what it promises--any number of attractive women (and at least one VERY unattractive man) stripping nude for their killer. The featured actress here is Edwige Fenech, and just as in every one her other movies, you pretty much know she is going to strip nude for somebody. She is actually outdone here, however, by the voluptuous Femi Benussi who has only about ten minutes of screen time but spends at least seven minutes of it completely nude and another two and a half squeezed into an ill-fitting bikini. As other reviewers have noted this movie is pretty politically incorrect which, depending on your temperament, you will either find offensive or ironically amusing. The woman pretty much fall into three categories: dumb, slutty, and dumb AND slutty. Edwige Fenech's character is strangely unperturbed after her lover grabs her by the throat when she implies he might be connected to one of the murder victims. Femi Benussi's character hilariously hops into bed with both men and women literally minutes after meeting them. Another woman stops a guy from raping her by willingly agreeing to have sex with him, then when he gets a little too, um, excited she turns down money he offers for services he was unable to render. The movie has the same tawdry revenge-for-an-abortion-gone-wrong theme of "What Have You Done to Solange?" but the murder victims are adults rather than schoolgirls and the murders themselves are slightly less tasteless. Still this movie sure seems a lot more sleazy than the earlier film because it is not nearly as well acted or directed. Bottom-of-the-barrel gialli like this and the similar "So Sweet, So Dead" manage to be sleazy, moralistic, and of course hypocritical all at the same time. Maybe that's why I enjoy them so much.

This model is redefining what it means to be holy — posting on OnlyFans.
Nita Marie, a self-proclaimed Christian OnlyFans model, asserts that stripping for strangers online is what "God wants me to do."
"I asked God if I should continue stripping off and the answer was always yes," the Colorado resident, 45, told Jam Press.
Marie believes it’s her divine mission to empower other women to embrace their sexuality.
The Godly model, who has 953,000 followers and earns $1.8 million a year, found Christianity after having a dream about Jesus when she was 9 years old. Although she was not raised in a religious household, she became more spiritual and tried to build a relationship with Christ — without all the misogyny.
"That experience helped me seek out Christianity and I built a relationship with Christ on a personal level, rather than one filled with doctrine written by men thousands of years ago," Marie told Jam Press.

Marie asserted that Christianity has suppressed women’s sexuality from the beginning, but she believes this is not what God intended. To her, God gave her sexuality as a gift to share with others, where both parties are consensual.
"I want to let women and men know that there’s nothing wrong with embracing their sexuality and being religious," she said. "It all starts with loving yourself and trusting that when you have a desire for sex, it is OK and healthy to ask for it."
Marie told the outlet that her job, as well as her views on sexuality and religion, have led some of her Christian friends and family to shun her and fall out with her. However, because she believes God told her to continue, she views her role as a guide to help people have safe and healthy relationships with sex and their bodies.
Although the pious model has tried to empower women through her OnlyFans, the viral model still gets abuse from people online who shame her for "feeling and looking good in my body."
"I believe that God wants women to look and feel great and to enjoy their sexuality," she said. "By empowering myself to feel sexy in my own skin, I allow others to do the same."
She is writing a book about religion and sexuality to be published in 2022. The book will help women reclaim their "birthright to enjoy their bodies."
And she’s not the only surprising person pulling a change of pace on the popular adult entertainment platform. Dare Taylor permanently ditched her G-rated job as a Disney princess to become an OnlyFans star. A former daycare worker makes $30,000 on the app, and a trophy hunter also makes bank on OnlyFans in her free time. Even a disgraced Australian police officer turned to the app with a Playboy model.
