More so, it helps them grow as human beings and bring out additional talents. When Coaching your Employees, it's important to never forget to treat everybody equally and fairly. Therefore, you need to ask each staff member to complete a test in your own time. If you implement this, you may establish a fairness policy, which will lower the amount of dissatisfaction that Staffs experience when they are given poor assignments.
