Not just someone but my entire class in junior high school. The way it happened was so embarrassing that I still remember everything leading up to it to this day, 10 years later.
We were in geography class (I was never a good student by the way because my attention span lasted as long as it took to say Australia), and my mind had wondered off so I was looking around observing other students and bored out of my mind. This one thing I noticed that some of the guys used to do was to just rock back and forth on their chairs. I wish I could say we had cool rocking chairs but no, they were just these

So yeah NOT made to rock on, yet what they would do is to tilt themselves back onto the hind legs of the chair, just barely balancing between still being upright, and from completely toppling over backwards.
And let me just say they made it look SO EASY, like there was some invisible string tied from the table to their chairs so that they always fell the right way forward again.
So then I had this bright idea to give it a go because, ya know what’s the worse that could happen????(!!!)
I started off with baby steps just rocking enough to barely tilt my chair back, then gradually gathered courage and on the 4th try decided to be more enthusiastic in my efforts. Right at that very moment the teacher decides to call on me… as I realised much too late whilst frantically trying to grab hold of the desk infront of me, that I had pushed my weight back with too much vigour and nothing could stop me from free falling backwards with my hands in the air.
